HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
We only ship via Royal Mail.
For UK orders:
Free Standard Shipping on all UK orders. Delivery will take 2-3 working days after dispatch. We ship all orders the next working day, 2nd class.
1st Class Tracked Shipping - £6
Delivery will take 1-2 working days after dispatch. All orders are dispatched on the next working day.
For European Orders:
Standard Shipping to Europe will cost £5.
Delivery to Europe is free for all orders over £75.
Delivery will take 3-5 working days once dispatched. We dispatch all orders on the next working day.
For Rest of the World:
Standard Shipping will cost £10
Delivery will be free for all orders over £75.
Delivery will take 6-7 working days. We dispatch all orders on the next working day
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?
We try our best to be as fast as possible and try to dispatch all orders on the next working day. Should this not be possible, we will let you know as soon as we are aware.

It will indeed! Unlike some other stores, we manage our own inventory in the office, so we know that the products we advertise are exactly what we are sending out to you. HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY DEVTI PRODUCTS?
We recommend that all jewellery is kept in air-tight boxes or bags. Your jewellery will arrive in a suitable way to keep it stored. We also recommend that you keep your piece away from contact with all liquids, including perfumes, and moisture.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you would like to change your order, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing your order and we will re-process your order.
You need to let us know within 24 hours of placing your order to ensure that order hasn't been shipped, otherwise you are liable for the return shipping charges.
If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving a confirmation of your order. If cancelled after that, you will be liable to return the products at your expense and we will send you a refund (minus the cost of shipping) once we receive the order.
HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
We will send you tracking information with your confirmation email.
